Take the manual work out of every order.

No more rekeying POs. The agent reads orders from email, PDF, and fax, matches every line to your catalog, checks contract pricing, and enters them in your ERP — flagging anything unusual for a person.

  • Every number explains itself — fully traceable and auditable back to your data.
  • Catch understocking on A items before it costs you the order.
  • Reduce overstocking and free the cash sitting in your C items.
Every SKU

re-planned overnight, so your buyer opens a finished list instead of a blank one

Every “where’s my order?”, handled. The agent checks the order and drafts the reply before you’ve opened the thread. Your team reviews and sends — or lets routine ones go out on their own.

Every agent runs on

The Stockwell brain

A living model of your business: your systems, your rules and your team’s corrections, kept in one place every agent reads from.

Keeps your rules.

Cover targets, vendor lead times, who gets what price.

Learns from corrections.

Change a draft once and the next one comes out right.

How we work with you

Engineers who sit with your team, not a login and a manual.

Weeks 1–2

We embed

Our engineers shadow your team and map where the hours actually go — then we agree on the first workflow and the number it should move.

Weeks 3–4

Agents go live

First in shadow, working alongside your team so you see the results before anything posts. Then live, with approval gates on anything customer-facing or money-moving.

Ongoing

It compounds

The agents learn from your team’s corrections while we expand workflow by workflow, in ROI order. You control what runs on its own.

A note from the founders

Why we’re building this.

We spent the last few years building data and automation systems for companies that move physical product, and we kept walking into the same room: an order desk where three or four sharp people spend their day retyping purchase orders that arrived as PDFs, answering “where’s my order” twenty times before lunch, and reordering by scrolling a spreadsheet line by line. Nobody hired them to type. It is just what the ERP demands.

Every distributor we talked to had already been pitched AI. What they had not been offered was someone who would sit at that desk, learn how the business actually runs, and build something that fits it. Software vendors ship a login and a manual. The gap is the people.

So that is what Stockwell is. Engineers who come to your building, agents that live inside the systems you already run, and a rule we do not break: nothing customer-facing or money-moving runs on its own until your team has watched it work. We are starting with a small number of distributors and staying small on purpose this year.

Larry PangFounder, Stockwell

Design partners

We are taking three distributors this quarter.

What you get

Engineers on site, at cost

Two engineers at your order desk for the first month, agents built for your operation, and a monthly fee that stays fixed for two years.

What we ask

Real orders and honest feedback

Access to your ERP and inboxes, thirty minutes a week with your ops lead, and permission to publish the results with your name once you are happy with them.

Who fits

Prophet 21 or Eclipse, U.S., $10M to $500M

An owner or ops leader who can make the call, and an order desk that still keys most orders by hand. If that is you, the first call is with a founder.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

01How long does it take to get set up?

Most businesses are live within 2–4 weeks. Setup means connecting to your systems, calibrating the agents on your real workflows, and testing side-by-side with your team before anything runs on its own.

02Do we need to replace our ERP?

No. Stockwell sits on top of the ERP you already use — Prophet 21, Eclipse, NetSuite, Dynamics, Sage, Infor, or homegrown. If it has an API we integrate directly; if it doesn’t, our agents work the screens the way your people do.

03What if the AI makes a mistake?

We calibrate the agents to your operation before they go live, and you decide what runs on its own versus what gets routed to your team for review. Anything customer-facing or money-moving starts behind an approval gate, and every action is logged.

04Do we need to hire someone to manage the AI?

No. Your existing team stays in control — they review exceptions instead of doing the repetitive work, and the agents learn from every correction they make.

05We already use Conexiom or another order tool.

Keep it if it covers your volume. We handle what it does not: one-off contractor emails, handwritten lists, the exceptions, and everything after entry, from “where’s my order” to reordering and collections.

06Our ERP vendor just announced AI. Why not wait?

Use it. Vendor agents run inside the ERP. Ours work across the ERP, the inbox, the fax line, and the carrier, and are built by engineers on site for your operation, not shipped in a quarterly release.

07What does it cost?

A fixed onboarding fee for the on-site weeks, then a flat monthly fee per workflow. Most first deployments land between $3,000 and $8,000 a month, and design partners lock their rate for two years. We agree the number with you before anything goes live, and the first workflow pays for itself or we keep working until it does.

08How do you keep our data secure?

Your pricing, vendor, and customer data stays yours. Deployments run in your accounts, nothing is shared across customers, and nothing you give us trains anyone else’s models. We’ll sign what your legal team needs and show you where every byte lives.

See what the agents would do in your shop.

Twenty minutes. Bring your messiest workflow — we’ll tell you whether it’s automatable, what it would take, and what it’s worth.
